What’s up with Real Estate this month? Is anyone buying homes in Sarasota?

I looks like more people are listing again after the October mass withdrawing of listings. But most of those are re-activated listings. New on-market listings are down again. So…. buyers can find good deals, because the sellers are nervous.. But don’t be surprised if there are multiple offers. Inventory is super low, and buyers who NEED to buy, may be competitive.
